The JSE Limited wishes to advise that the audit opinions on the above mentioned
companies` annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2007 contain a
qualified audit opinion. Shareholders are advised to refer to the financial
statements to ascertain the exact nature of the qualifications.
Accordingly, the companies` listings on the JSE TRADELECT system have been
annotated with a "Q" to indicate the qualifications. These annotations will be
removed when the companies` auditors` reports no longer contain qualified audit
opinions.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
