The JSE Limited wishes to advise that the audit opinions on the above mentioned
companies` annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2007 contain
an emphasis of matter. Shareholders are advised to refer to the financial
statements to ascertain the exact nature of the modifications.
Accordingly, the companies` listings on the JSE TRADELECT system have been
annotated with an "E" to indicate the emphasis of matter. These annotations will
be removed when the companies` auditors` reports no longer contain modified
audit opinions.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
