Holders of the Warrants below are referred to the notice to shareholders of
Tiger Brands Ltd, regarding the capital reduction.
Due to the capital reduction on TBS (ex capital reduction date: 07/01/2008), the
following changes to the strike and cover ratio for the below TBS warrants have
been made.
Deutsche Bank AG will make the following adjustments to the terms and conditions
of the Warrant below:
