SECONDARY LISTING ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE
PSG Capital is authorised to announce that although PSG has indicated during the
last six months that it contemplated a secondary listing on the official list of
the London Stock Exchange, the directors of the Company have now decided not to
proceed with the secondary listing at this time. PSG will revert to the market
should it decide to proceed with the listing.
The rational for not proceeding with the secondary listing include, inter alia,
current market volatility and the negative perception of financial institutions
in the international market as a result of the sub-prime situation. PSG will
continue to pursue investment opportunities both in South Africa and abroad.
