RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING AND SUSPENSION OF ORDINARY SHARES
Pals Shareholders are advised that all resolutions, relating to the disposal by
Pals of all of the shares that it holds in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pals
Clothing (Proprietary) Limited, in terms of section 228 of the Company`s Act,
1973 (Act 61 of 1973), as amended, to AD-Style CC, ("the disposal"), proposed at
the general meeting of shareholders held on Monday, 14 January 2008 were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders represented in person and by
proxy.
Pals ordinary shares will be suspended from commencement of business on Tuesday,
15 January 2008 and terminated from commencement of business on Monday, 3 March
2008 if the disposal has become unconditional and if an agreement regarding the
acquisition of viable assets acceptable to the JSE Limited, has not been entered
into and announced by Pals.
