FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Amecor shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on
SENS on 3 December 2007 and in the newspapers on 4 December 2007 and are advised
that the Company is still involved in negotiations, which if successfully
concluded may have a material effect on the share price of Amecor. Accordingly
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Amecor
shares until a further announcement is made.
