("PropTrax") registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes
Control Act, 45 of 2002 (the "portfolio"), managed by Property Index Tracker
Managers (Proprietary) Limited ("PropTrax Managers")
DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of the Property Index Tracker Collective Investment
Scheme (being PropTrax Managers and ABSA Bank Limited respectively) have
resolved to make a distribution to holders of PropTrax SAPY securities recorded
in the register in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2007.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 61.13 cents per PropTrax SAPY security, constituted as
follows:
- 35.89 cents in respect of dividends;
- 3.39 cents in respect of manufactured dividends; and
- 21.85 cents in respect of other income;
- be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY Securities recorded in the register
at 28 December 2007; and
- be effected on Thursday, 24 January 2008.
