Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above TONIHB, Hot Enhanced Distribution
Security (HOT EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss
level of R80.75 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Monday, 14
January 2008 the abovementioned Hot Enhanced Distribution Security (HOT EDS) has
been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of HOT EDS held on the termination
date, multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted
Average Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days
following the Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R71.25.
This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP Average on Tuesday, 15 January 2008 = 7597.12 cents
The VWAP Average on Wednesday, 16 January 2008 = 7833.95 cents
The 2 day VWAP average = 7715.535 cents
Rebate payment of 591 cents
Holders will receive R5.91 cents for every warrant held.
