Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above GNDIDC, Enhanced Distribution
Security (EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level of
R19.50 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Tuesday, 15 January 2008
the abovementioned Enhanced Distribution Security (EDS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of EDS held on the termination date,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the
Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R14.30. This amount
will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP Average on Wednesday, 16 January 2008 = 1868.7 cents
The VWAP Average on Thursday, 17 January 2008 = 1843.83 cents
The 2 day VWAP average = 1856.265 cents
Rebate payment of 426 cents
Holders will receive R4.26 for every warrant held.
