A portfolio in the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme ("Satrix") registered as
such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002 (the
"Act") (the "portfolio")
DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited respectively) have
resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix Dividend Plus securities
recorded in the register in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2007. This
distribution will:
- be an amount of 1,06 cents (one point zero six cents) (R0,0106) per Satrix
Dividend Plus security;
- be constituted by 1,06 cents in respect of dividends
- be made to all holders of Satrix Dividend Plus securities recorded in the
register on 28 December 2007; and
- be effected on 28 January 2008.
