Shareholders are referred to the detailed announcement dated 4 October
2007 in which it was advised that Dialogue had introduced the MSG
Consortium as a 25.1% BEE shareholder by issuing 70 373 832 new shares at
R1,61 per share for a total consideration of R113 301 870. Shareholders
are hereby notified that all the conditions precedent for the transaction
have now been fulfilled.
