EXTENSION OF MANDATORY OFFER TO MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS OF SAMRAND
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 14 December 2007 detailing
the offer to minority shareholders of Samrand, together with the salient dates
and terms of the offer. In terms of the original offer, the offer was due to
close at 12pm on Friday, 18 January 2008.
Due to the number of public holidays over the past month and the resultant
disturbance in regular business practice, shareholders are advised that the
offeror has decided to extend the period by a further four weeks. The revised
salient dates and times are given below:
