such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002 (the
"Act")

DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of the Itrix Collective Investment Scheme (being Itrix
Managers (Proprietary) Limited and The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited
respectively) have resolved not to make a distribution to holders of Itrix DJ
Euro Stoxx 50 securities recorded in the Register as at 28 December 2007
("holders"), in respect of the period ended 31 December 2007. After deduction of
the applicable management fee, there is insufficient income available for
distribution. Any distributable income will be carried over to the next
distribution period.
For disclosure purposes the income of the portfolio per Itrix DJ Euro Stoxx 50
security (before taking into account the applicable management fee as detailed
in the Second Supplement to the Offering Circular and Pre-Listing Statement
dated 19 September 2005) comprises:
Gross foreign dividends of EUR 0.02867 (two point eight six seven cents)
Less withholding tax of EUR 0.00573(zero point five seven three cents)
Plus other income (interest) of EUR 0.00040 (zero point zero four zero cents).
