WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Monyetla linked unitholders ("unitholders") are referred to the
cautionary announcement published on SENS on Friday, 14 December 2007 and
in the press on Tuesday, 18 December 2007. Unitholders are hereby advised
that the negotiations with the identified buyer are no longer taking
place and therefore caution is no longer required to be exercised when
dealing in the Company`s linked units.
