FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Myriad shareholders are referred to the further cautionary announcement dated 10
December 2007 whereby it announced that it had reached an agreement, subject to
certain conditions precedent, to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of
Surgical Innovations (Pty) Ltd.
Myriad shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in
their shares until a further announcement is made.
