APPOINTMENT OF MANAGING DIRECTOR
Pursuant to paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Siyathenga linked unitholders are informed that, with effect from 31 January
2008, Mr A P F (Andre) von Bulow has resigned as Managing Director and director
of the Company.
The Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr von Bulow for the valuable input he
has made to the Company`s growth since listing in August 2005.
Siyathenga is pleased to announce that Mr C B (Craig) Hallowes will succeed Mr
von Bulow as Managing Director of Siyathenga with effect from 1 February 2008.
Prior to joining Siyathenga as an executive director in November 2007, Mr
Hallowes held the positions of executive director of Diversified Property Fund
Limited and Property Fund Managers Limited (management company of Capital
Property Fund).
