Change to the board of directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements,
Altron shareholders are advised that Ms DC Radley, the Chief Financial Officer
of Altron, has resigned from the company and the board of Altron with effect
from 29 February 2008, to assume the position as Group Finance Director of Old
Mutual South Africa and has been appointed to the board of Old Mutual Life
Assurance Company of South Africa, with effect from 01 March 2008. Ms Radley
was appointed to the Altron board on 01 July 2002.
An announcement appointing Ms Radley`s successor as Chief Financial Officer of
Altron will be made to shareholders in due course.
