REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE TO THE BOARD
At the Fourth (4th) annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company
held yesterday, 22 January 2008 ("the AGM"), the requisite majority of
shareholders approved all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the
AGM.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due course.
At the AGM the following change to the board was discussed:
The Chairman, Mr.R S Berkowitz, having reached retirement age in terms of the
articles of association of the Company, resigned from the Board with effect from
22 January 2008. Mr J F Buchanan will be acting chairman until the board
appoints a new chairman at its next board meeting in February 2008.
Shareholders will be notified of the new Chairman once the Board has reached a
decision.
