RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Vox Telecom held
on Tuesday, 23 January 2008 at 10:00 in the Oleander Room at the Sandton Sun
Hotel, corner 5th and Alice Streets, Sandton, Johannesburg, all the resolutions
presented in the notice of annual general meeting were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders. The special resolution will be submitted to the
Registrar of Companies for registration.
