and 14 November 2007 and the SENS announcement dated 21 January 2008 giving the
results of the scheme meeting held on 21 January 2008.
Shareholders are advised that it is no longer necessary to exercise caution when
dealing in their shares as the scheme was approved by the requisite number of
shareholders.
