RESULTS OF CAPITAL RAISING BY ROCKWELL
The capital raising process has now been completed and the issue price in
terms of the capital raising was established as 60 Canadian cents
(equivalent to 415 RSA cents at an exchange rate of 0.14446 Canadian
Dollars to ZAR6.92) per Common Share traded on the Venture Exchange of
the Toronto Stock Exchange, at a 7.7% discount to the weighted average
traded price of Rockwell shares over the thirty days prior to the date
the issue price was established, namely 1 November 2007.
The Board of Directors of Rockwell have pleasure in announcing, on
closing of the capital raising on 29 November 2007, that Rockwell raised
(R100, 020, 332) million of equity (being 24,101,285 Common Shares) from
various South African institutions and private investors.
The JSE Limited ("JSE") approved the listing of the Common Shares to be
issued in terms of the capital raising, with effect from Friday, 30
November 2007.
Below is a reconciliation of Rockwell`s current issued share capital:

A revised application will be made to the JSE to list 223 620 614 common
shares in order to adjust the current listing of 257 734 174 common
