DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON SATRIX 40 HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES -
("STIXIHA")
With reference to the distribution announcement, the Directors of SATRIX 40
(STX40) have declared a dividend of 5,61 cents per ordinary share and an income
distribution of 0,79 cents per ordinary share, payable on Monday, 28 January
2008.
Warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities, STXIHA, will receive a
dividend of 5,61 cents per ordinary share and an income distribution of 0,79
cents per ordinary share on Monday, 28 January 2008, in terms of the Cession
clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in
the dividend was Wednesday, 19 December 2007.
STXIHA Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities commenced trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Thursday, 20 December 2007, and the record date
was Friday, 28 December 2007.
