Shareholders are advised that the company`s 2007 Annual Report containing the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2007 was posted to
shareholders on Friday, 25 January 2008 and contains no modifications to the
results which were published on 19 November 2007.
The annual general meeting of shareholders of Tiger Brands will be held on 19
February 2008 at 14.00 at 3010 William Nicol Drive, Bryanston, 2191 for the
purpose of conducting the business as stated in the Notice of Annual General
Meeting that was posted together with the 2007 Annual Report.
