Director~s resignation and change of duties
Pursuant to par 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
Company hereby informs shareholders that Rob Braithwaite, the Group Financial
Director, has tendered his resignation with effect from 31st January 2008 in
order to pursue personal interests.
With effect from 1st February 2008, Mike Geldenhuys, the Group Risk Director and
Company Secretary, will assume the role of acting Group Financial Director. Mike
has been with the company for ten years and has an in depth knowledge of the
industry and business.
