WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 3 December 2007 and
in the press on 4 December 2007 and the further cautionary announcement
published on SENS on 16 January 2008 and in the press on 17 January 2008, Amecor
shareholders are advised that negotiations have been terminated and caution is
no longer required to be exercised by Amecor shareholders when dealing in their
Amecor shares.
