Shareholders are advised that the company`s 2007 Annual Report containing the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2007 has been posted to
shareholders and contains no modifications to the audited results which were
published on Friday, 28 September 2007. The annual financial statements were
audited by Jan Erasmus Auditors and their report is available for inspection at
the company`s registered address.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of Milkworx will be
held at 10:00 on Friday, 01 February 2008 at Arcay House, Number 3 Anerley Road,
Parktown, Johannesburg for the purpose of conducting the business as stated in
the Notice of Annual General Meeting forming part of the 2007 Annual Report.
