ANNOUNCEMENT - ELECTRICITY SUPPLY INTERRUPTIONS
Following a meeting between Eskom and industrial electricity consumers, Highveld
has commenced the process of bringing back into production its operations late
on 29 January 2008. It is anticipated that the Steelworks will be back in
production by the end of the week at a reduced level.
It is not possible at this time to estimate the operating and financial
consequences of the current events.
