CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Monyetla linked unitholders are advised as follows:
- Ms Cheryl Ellen Wendelken has resigned as the Managing Director of the
company from 31 January 2008. Ms Wendelken`s resignation is pursuant to a
change in the strategy of Pangbourne Properties Limited and its associate
companies, including its management of Monyetla and its portfolio. The
board takes this opportunity to thank Ms Wendelken for the valuable
contribution she has made to the company during her tenure as Managing
Director.
- Robert Nicolaas Wesselo has been appointed as the new Managing Director
with effect from 1 February 2008;
- Jacques Johannes van Wyk has been appointed as a non-executive director
with effect from 1 February 2008; and
- Ms Avon Booyse has resigned as the company secretary from 31 January 2008
and Ms Jill Meredith Parratt has been appointed as the new company
secretary with effect from 1 February 2008.
