RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of The Don held
today, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders
except for ordinary resolution number 7, "To place the authorised but unissued
shares under the control of the directors", and ordinary resolution number 8,
"General authority to issue shares for cash" which, at the request of certain
shareholders prior to the annual general meeting, were withdrawn by the board of
directors of The Don.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
