DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Tomnef
Investments (Pty) Limited ("Tomnef") purchased the following Octodec linked
units:
- 20 000 Octodec linked units on 31 January 2008 at a price of R15.80 per
linked unit, with a total value of R316 000; and
- 50 000 Octodec linked units on 31 January 2008 at a price of R15.85 per
linked unit, with a total value of R792 500.
Octodec`s directors, Alec Wapnick, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly
non-beneficially each hold one third of the share capital in Tomnef. Clearance
to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
