Nature of directors` interest : Indirect, non-beneficial as result of
interest held in LMCGF
Shareholders of Vox Telecom are also referred to the announcement dated 30
January 2008 in which it was announced that the acquisition of STWS Limited and
its wholly owned subsidiaries, Storm Telecom (Pty) Limited and Storm Internet
(Pty) Limited ("Storm Acquisition") has become unconditional. The Storm
Acquisition was funded through an issue of shares to, inter alia, the Lereko
Metier Capital Growth Fund ("Share Issue"). The following directors` dealings
relate to the Share Issue:
