RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all resolutions proposed at the General
Meeting regarding the change of name of InfoWave held on Thursday, 31
January 2008, were passed by the requisite majorities of shareholders.
The special resolution approving the change of the Company`s name to AdaptIT
will be lodged for registration at the Companies and Intellectual Property
Registration Office in due course.
The salient dates as detailed in the announcement released on SENS on 9
January 2008 remain unchanged.
