Further to the cautionary announcement dated 13 December 2007, shareholders are
advised that the final condition precedent to the acquisition by Erbacon of
Davgram Construction (Pty) Limited t/a Armstrong Construction, being the
approval by the necessary competition authorities, has not yet been fulfilled.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a final announcement is made.
