CHANGES IN DIRECTORATE
The board wishes to announce the following changes to the directorate of the
company.
Bruce Spanjaard has resigned as a non executive director with effect from 30
January 2008. Bruce was one of the founders of Sovereign and was an executive
director until 1998 when he left to establish his own milling operation. The
board wishes to thank Bruce for his support and guidance.
