DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON PALABORA MINING COMPANY LIMITED ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("PAMIDB")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of PALABORA MINING
COMPANY LIMITED have declared a dividend of 310 cents per ordinary, payable on
Monday, 10 March 2008 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 7 March 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, PAMIDB,
will receive a dividend of 310 cents per ordinary share on Monday, 10 March
2008, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the
holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend)
in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 29 February 2008.
PAMIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 3 March 2008, and the record date will
be Friday, 7 March 2008.
