RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that with the exception of the resolutions placing
the un-issued shares under the control of the directors, the general
authority to allot and issue shares for cash and the special resolution for
the general authority to repurchase shares, all the resolutions proposed at
the annual general meeting held on Friday, 01 February 2008 were duly passed
by the requisite majority of shareholders.
