Notice is given that the company has declared dividend number 118 (5.5 cents)
and 119 (5.5 cents) amounting in total to 11 cents per share on its 5.5%
cumulative preference shares for 30 June 2007 and 31 December 2007,
respectively. The relevant dates are as follows:

Last day to trade cum-dividend Friday, 22 February
Shares trade ex-dividend Monday, 25 February
Record date Friday, 29 February
Date payable Monday, 03 March
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
25 February 2008 and Friday, 29 February 2008 both days inclusive.
