Pamodzi Gold shareholders ("shareholders") are advised that at the general
meeting held on Friday, 8 February 2008, the ordinary resolutions to authorise,
inter alia, the acquisition of the Orkney business and the acquisition of the
President Steyn business, as more fully described in the circular to
shareholders posted on 23 January 2008, have been unanimously approved by
shareholders.
