CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr L Cromwell Griffiths has retired from the board
of directors of Comair with effect from 11 February 2008.
Furthermore, Mr R Ntuli, currently a non-executive director of Comair, has been
appointed as deputy chairman to the board of directors with immediate effect.
