ISSUE OF SHARES FOR CASH
Acc-Ross has the intention of issuing up to 170 million shares for cash under
general authority. Shares will be issued at a maximum discount of 10% to the 30
day volume weighted average share price.
The majority of the proceeds will be used to redeem the remainder of the
Gardener Ross Holdings preference shares, which become due at the end of
February 2008. Following the redemption of the preference shares the remaining
borrowings in the group will only be project related.
A further announcement will be issued once the shares have been placed.
