RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all the ordinary resolutions, except the ordinary
resolution dealing with the re-appointment of Mr. J L van den Berg as director
and the ordinary resolution authorizing the directors to issue shares for cash,
which were withdrawn, were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolution granting a general authority to the directors to
repurchase the company`s shares was approved and will be lodged with the
Registrar of Companies in due course.
