Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above TBSIDC, Enhanced Distribution
Security (EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level of
R137.50 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Tuesday, 12 February
2008 the abovementioned Enhanced Distribution Security (EDS) has been
terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of EDS held on the termination date,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the
Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R100.00. This amount
will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on Wednesday, 13 February 2008 = 13540.5 cents
The VWAP on Thursday, 14 February 2008 = 13233 cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 13386.8 cents
Rebate payment of 3386.75 cents
Holders will receive R33.87 for every warrant held.
