REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS
At the seventh annual general meeting of the shareholders of Kelly Group held
today, 15 February 2008, all the resolutions were passed other than resolution
3.5 to re-elect Mr TM Sokutu as a director. Mr TM Soukutu decided not to offer
himself for re-election.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due course.
CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Mr TM Sokutu has resigned as a non-executive director from the board of Kelly
Group, with effect from 15 February 2008, in order to honour his increased
responsibilities at African Bank Investment Limited where he serves as an
executive director.
