Hamilton, Bermuda, February 14, 2008: Textainer Group Holdings Limited
(NYSE:TGH) ("Textainer" or the "Company"), the world`s largest lessor of
intermodal containers based on fleet size, today reported that it will announce
results for the fourth quarter and the year ended December 31, 2007 on February
21, 2008.
Investors` Webcast
Textainer will hold a conference call and a Webcast at 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday,
February 22, 2008 to discuss Textainer`s fiscal fourth quarter and full year
