RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements, Anbeeco
shareholders are advised that Dr Leonard Robert Phathela and Dr Lazarus Melato
Mogudi resigned on 14 February 2008 as independent non-executive directors of
the company due to increased time pressure arising from other business interests
as well as potential conflicts of interest due to other interests in the listed
property sector.
The board acknowledges their contribution and wishes them well in the future.
