PLACEMENT OF SHARES WITH BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT GROUP
A director of Afdawn has placed 2 516 495 shares at 400 cents per share to a
Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE") investment group through a placement of a
block of shares. The sale of shares is in line with the company`s objective to
expand its BEE shareholder base.
