DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE KIO SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for KUMBA
IRON ORE LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to KUMBA IRON ORE LTD (KIO) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a dividend amount of 400 cents per KIONIB share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 17 March 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 7 March 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 10
March 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 14 March 2008.
