APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of Anbeeco is pleased to announce in terms of paragraph
3.59 of the Listings Requirements that Mr Barry Hylton Sneech was appointed a
non-executive director of the company effective from Monday, 18 February 2008.
A brief CV with regard to Mr Sneech is set out below:
Barry holds a B.Compt degree and has been involved in the property development
industry since 1980. He specialises in the acquisition of prime unzoned land,
the conceptualisation of developments and the co-ordination of rezoning, design,
servicing, financial structures, construction, marketing and sales related to
developments. He has participated in the development of numerous properties
involving golf estates, office parks, cluster offices, business parks,
residential property, residential townships and petrol stations.
