DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE EXX SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for EXXARO
RESOURCES LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to EXXARO RESOURCES LIMITED (EXX) the Trustees of the EXX
Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 100 cents per
EXXNIB share instalment that is payable on Monday, 17 March 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 7 March 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 10
March 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 14 March 2008.
