DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE WHL SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for
WOOLWORTHS HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend
declaration relating to WOOLWORTHS HOLDINGS LIMITED (WHL) the Trustees
of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 29.5
cents per WHLNIB share instalment that is payable on Monday, 17 March
2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 7 March 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday,
Monday, 10 March 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 14 March
2008.
